Leon is an outstanding Personal Trainer – he is always extremely well prepared with his plan for the next stage in my fitness journey. He is a genuinely cheerful, positive, supportive and enthusiastic professional who makes the ‘journey’ fun and without (too many of) the usual clichés. Leon exhibits a clear understanding and personal interest in the overall fitness requirements his clients.

He demonstrates a sound in-depth knowledge of the function and capabilities of the human body along with a clear understanding of the ageing process and the requirements to improve and maintain the strength, flexibility and stamina of the individual.

His detailed exercise plans are always carefully constructed and shared well ahead of each session and designed to stretch your abilities and meet the individuals’ personal fitness objectives.

Throughout the session Leon carefully monitors progress whilst always being ready to adapt exercises to suit his client’s physical ability or limitations on any particular day.

Overall, during the past six months, my experience with Leon has been extremely enjoyable and positive as he continues to noticeably improve my strength, motivation and flexibility.

Leon is a great PT, always very energetic and positive. His training plans always reflected my goals and pushed me to get there. Leons understanding which muscles to work to get the desired results was excellent, often mentioning muscle groups I never knew I had. I found Leon to be a superb motivator who was always keen to discuss any concerns i had and always tried to arrange my sessions in a way that worked both to my goals and abilities. This guy is the real deal. Friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this guy every day of the week!!!

I think the art of being a good Personal Trainer in addition to having the appropriate qualifications is to have empathy with your client.
To be able to set a programme that challenges enough, but not too much.
For me I felt that Leon prepared appropriate routines, using the goals that I had set for improving my fitness, but modifying his instructions as he assessed my fitness and abilities during my sessions with him.
In passing, I have seen him many times with other clients of differing ages and you can see on their faces that they feel his dedication to them at that moment as well.

My fitness has improved and I feel much more confident using the Gym equipment now.
That smile is a winner too.
I can strongly recommend Leon.

I have been with Leon a few months,originally due to being overweight, pre- diabetes and arthritis. Leon has supported me on my journey with targeted exercise plans to address diet and my whole body. I am no longer in the pre- diabetic zone, I have lost weight and the stiffness in my joints have completely gone. Leon takes the time to explain everything, I am sent detailed programme of my training sessions and which muscles will be targeted. I value his knowledge, expertise and his general laid back approach whilst pushing me outside my comfort zone. I am so pleased with how my muscles are now defined and stronger. Leon sees your strengths and works with you to achieve my goals. I enjoy the sessions but more importantly I see results that is my motivation to continue.

Leon has been training me for 4 months and in that time i have been able to make rewarding progress. I wanted to improve my strength and confidence in the gym and learn how to improve my whole body training. Leon is always so cheerful and positive and is encouraging without being patronising or loud. I always enjoy my workouts. We never do the same set twice and he always sends me the set before. Leon recognises that my goals may be different to other clients and has enabled me to be confident on all the gym equipment and to do my sets without being self conscious or overwhelmed by any other gym users. I’m still making progress and will continue working with him for the future

I’ve worked with Leon for nearly a year now, and can honestly say he’s amazing. Highly knowledgeable, super enthusiastic and understanding. Leon takes great care to tailor the sessions to really maximise potential, whilst maintaining a wide range of exercises. I have been training with Leon for 10 months now and I have really enjoyed it.

I had zero confidence and felt physically sick at the thought of walking in a gym but from the moment I met Leon he was smiling, encouraging and empathetic to how I was feeling.
I have become much more confident walking into the gym and thanks to Leon’s encouragement have started using gym equipment I wouldn’t have ever thought I could use! This confidence that he encourages has also spilled onto my life outside the gym!

I always receive a lesson plan ahead of my session with clear detailed instructions. If I arrive for a session saying that I can’t do something Leon finds a way to encourage me to try and I do!

Leon always gives a demonstration on new equipment and monitors my technique throughout to ensure I get the full benefit of the exercise and also not to cause myself any injuries.

I wholeheartedly recommend Leon as a trainer and cannot wait to continue my journey with him as my trainer

Leon has been my personal trainer for a few months now and throughout this time, I have really seen a positive difference in my physique and overall fitness.

From the beginning, Leon asked me what my goals are and I told him that I would like to improve my overall fitness and build more muscle. Leon constructed a training plan tailored to my needs. I am impressed with how professional Leon is. He sends me the training plan well ahead of the training session so I know exactly what to expect. When it is training day, Leon is always punctual and well prepared. He motivates me and pushes me when I feel like giving up.

Leon is very knowledgeable and will adapt exercises to suit each individual person’s capabilities. He is friendly, approachable, always positive and always encourages me when he sees me in the gym.

In the time I have been training with Leon (5 months), I have definitely become more toned as well as fitter and stronger. This is having a positive impact upon my energy and stamina and therefore my physical ability in all aspects of life. Leon is always very professional, preparing and sending a session plan in advance which builds upon previous performance and progress. However during the session he will adapt the plan to meet my needs even more specifically. He is very knowledgeable and through him I am learning how his training is improving my strength, fitness and flexibility. Leon is sensitive toward my energy levels in each session, while encouraging me to push myself and be the best I can be on the day. There is much talk about mental health these days and as Leon is always positive and up beat it is always a good day when you train with him!
